Vanessa Sturman is a Multi Award-Winning Speaker and Health and Nutrition Coach who works with organisations, leaders and individuals to address an often overlooked driver of performance: everyday nutrition and energy habits.

Through keynotes, workshops and coaching, she supports busy teams and individuals to build practical, sustainable habits that fit into real life. Her work focuses on helping people support their energy, maintain focus and develop consistent routines around food, including habits that can support healthy weight management as part of an overall balanced lifestyle.

Vanessa’s approach is grounded in nutrition science, behavioural insight and real-world application. She translates complex evidence into clear, actionable strategies that can be applied in demanding environments, from corporate settings to elite sport. Her clients include Fulham Football Club, Cambridge University, Brooks Macdonald and Octopus Electric Vehicles.

A regular media contributor across outlets including Sky News and BBC Radio, Vanessa is known for making nutrition feel accessible, culturally relevant and realistic. She promotes enjoyable, satisfying eating patterns and simple habit shifts, avoiding overly restrictive approaches and focusing instead on consistency and sustainability.

Her work is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience, including recovery from teenage binge eating and her mixed heritage upbringing. Influenced by being raised by an immigrant mother, she brings a strong awareness of food culture, budgeting and waste, alongside a broader perspective on how personal health connects to workplace performance and environmental impact.

Educated at the University of Cambridge in Social and Biological Anthropology (BA, MPhil, MA), Vanessa is a published recipe developer, experienced 1:1 coach and Health Expert for BBC Radio Oxfordshire and Berkshire. She has received multiple awards for her speaking and is regularly invited to deliver keynotes, panels and workshops on leadership, resilience and sustainable behaviour change.

Her sessions are designed to leave audiences with practical, evidence-informed ideas they can apply immediately to support energy, focus and long-term wellbeing.
