Shaista Zeeshan

Shaista Zeeshan is a trauma-informed energy healer, Family Constellations facilitator, and teacher of ancestral and soul-level healing modalities. With over 8 years of experience, she has guided hundreds of clients and students through deep transformation by helping them uncover and release inherited family patterns, unresolved generational trauma, and karmic entanglements. Her work bridges psychology, spirituality, and systemic wisdom — drawing from Family Constellations, Reiki, Akashic Records, and transgenerational trauma therapy. Shaista’s approach is both intuitive and grounded, offering profound insights into how our family history shapes our emotional lives, relationships, health, and success. She is the founder of OnceAwaken Transformational Center, through that she conducts healing sessions, certified training programs, and community circles (online and in person) dedicated to restoring balance and belonging within families and souls. She also practices Business Constellations derived from Family / Systemic Constellations. Shaista believes that true healing begins when we honour those who came before us and reclaim the parts of ourselves that were lost through generations. Through her work, she helps people move from unconscious loyalty to conscious freedom — so they can live with greater authenticity, love, and inner peace.
